Back with a Giveaway...

Last Saturday I ran a workshop at  the Women's Gathering held in Coonamble this year. The theme was Looking Back Moving Forward and Anni from Hatched & Patched designed a gorgeous set of projects around this theme which she has turned into a book.

Cover

Anni made some beautiful kits up and I have one left for for the cushion and pattern for this project only ( you can see a pic on Anni's blog), so leave a comment on this blog and one on Anni's and we will do a draw when Anni returns from the quilt show in Houston. Use your comment on Anni's blog to ask a question about Houston !

Hopefully I will be back posting more regularly after Uni finishes next month...... no sewing happening here at the moment at all.

Not much posting happening here as I am overflowing with Uni work and work so am trying not to be distracted by sewing. Off today to the Uni at Armidale for a week of lectures. I am a bit of a home body and don't like going away so I always find it difficult but I think I am organised so that helps.

 Have a great week !

It's been a while...

Unfortunately there's not much sewing happening here. I started a new job about 7 weeks ago plus Uni has recommenced so I have been trying to get into some sort of routine and it so isn't happening. My limited sewing time has only produced crazy mom quilts star quilt along blocks

Crazymomblocks

I still need to make the connecting blocks.

This will be the centre block for theMedallion Quilt-along, I am behind with this...

Wagonwheel

It was one of the Dolly quilts I received from Material Obsessions

I am staying up to date with my Designer blocks from Fat Quarter Shop.

The third one came this week so hopefully today that will get done.

It's been a bit windy and chilly here the last few weeks, so we have all been vying for a good position in front of the fire...

Firecuddles

You can see the windy clouds behind some of these customer quilt pics, have managed to do a few...
